  • Are there currently any homes available?

    • At this time, there are no homes available by the property managers. Sometimes, homes are for sale by owner. You can check available properties by visiting the community and looking for homes with "For Sale" signs in the windows. Property management cannot assist with providing contact information for those homes that are for sale by owner.​

  • Are the homes for rent?

    • The homes at Lazy Acres are owned by the residents. Residents pay a monthly lot rent and their utilities. Property management covers lawn care for the community.​​

  • Are there age restrictions to living in the community?

    • Yes, all applicants must be 55+.​

  • How do I apply to become a resident?​

    • Residents must be approved to live in the community before purchasing a home within th ecommunity. To apply, submit a contact request here or email lazyacres213@gmail.com to receive application paperwork. All applicants must have a valid email address for the application processing.​

  • Is there an application fee?​

    • Yes, there is an application fee of $43 per person and a background check for all residents is required.​

  • Is there an opportunity to purchase the community or are you open to offers to sell the community?​

    • No, and we will not entertain offers. ​
